Can't get Siri to play Apple Music

If I ask Siri "Play Taylor Swift" which I don't have locally I get the response "Here are some popular Taylor Swift songs" with the option to "Open Music" on screen, but no actual output. I've tried restarting my phone but it hasn't helped and even having Music open when I ask Siri but nothing. If I ask it to play an artist I have locally it will do it sometimes and sometimes just reply "OK..." with no output.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mine works fine. Siri will start playing the requested artist that is not stored locally weather my Music App is open or not.
