Can't get SSH to talk to my PC

Hi all,

My phone is 3g with v3.0.1, I jailbreak and installed open ssh and terminal for the 3G. I installed WinSCP on my PC with XP. Got no problem with WinSCP when connected to my iphone, I can see all the folders and transfer data back and forth to my 3G with WinSCP. However, when I tried to use open SSH as a client to access my pc it give me a timed out message.

The username that I logged into XP is Tony and ip is 192.168.1.100 so I entered ssh Tony@192.168.1.100 into my open SSH terminal of the iphone but could not get through. Any help would be great.
