Cant get temperature of MBP

Hey

I downloaded istat pro to find out what the temperature is of my MBP because it is making this weird fan noise. But nothing shows up, not even the fan speed, but the other stuff shows up fine.

Is this a problem?

No, it won't tell you the temperature. The widget can't pick it up, that's normal.

DO you know how to pick up the temperature, because it is extremely hotter than usual.

You can't as of right now. MBP's get really hot. Try getting an iCurve to allow air flow, or lower the temperature in the room you're in - it helps alot.
