iPod touch Can't get to /Applications

I'm using WinSCP to "sftp" my touch I am able to see "Library", "Media" and "Media_sym" ,however, when I double click on Application the program just won't move to the folder. Any ideas how to fix this?

EDIT: If I double click on my media folder I can access it just fine.
