Can't get to bootloader bit in pwnage

Hi

Please help, i have successfully done this before using pwnage but decided to restore and try again as i was experiencing poor signal.
This time i cannot get past the dfu bit, it just says successful now restore in itunes using the custom restore firmware but of course when i try this itunes doesn't recognize this and says error code 20 or something..
I have tried so many times, even tried quickpwn with no success.

Can anyone help ?

let me add a bit...

pwnage builds the ispw custom thing and then after dfu mode it says restore in itunes, then when i select the custom ispw it comes up with unknown error occurred (21)
