Can't get wifi on iPhone 4s

When I first got it, I used my house wifi and it worked fine for a few days. The wifi works fine on my iPad & the touch(but sometimes goes on&off). Now the wifi doesn't work on my iPhone. Is the wifi signal too weak for the phone to pick up?
How many days do I have to go exchange it for a new one? I ordered it off the att website.

Have you tried doing a reset on the phone?

Or Settings > General > Reset > Rest Network Settings?

Try resetting your router.
