Can't get youtube working on late 2013

Hey,
I just purchased my first 15' rMBP and I can't get youtube to work. I've reinstalled the adobe plugin several times, it even shows up in safari in plugins and in system preferences. I could get two random youtube videos working but others keep replaying the video that worked or tell me that I need latest adobe plugin.

What should I do?

Hi,

I had the same problem after installing Mavericks + Flash Player.
(now all is ok and I don't know why...)

Install ClickToFlash (Safari/Plugins) and you will be able to watch the videos.

My wife had to download adobe today. We are new to macs and couldn't figure out why the heck it wouldn't work. We would download and install and the website still said we needed to update. After a while, and by accident, I completely closed safari and it worked the next time. I guess the browser needs to reload when you install something.
