iPhone 11 Pro Max Cant have 12 pro or pro max so 11 pro max will do?

Anyone that follows my saga with the 12 series phones here knows I tried 2 12 pros and 1 pro max and none of them could hold service. I couldn't make or receive calls and sms texting didn't work. It was a nightmare especially with a 36 week pregnant wife!

Anywho, I am using my X which works great but I really want a better camera, battery and larger screen for when my son is born!
So is it worth it to buy an 11 pro max as the next best thing to the 12 pro max??

I prefer the 11PM to the 12PM. Returned my 12 because it is so uncomfortable to hold due to the design/size, as someone who has always used and been very comfortable with the Plus/Max phones.

Barely any difference between them in the real world outside of design TBH.

They say if you have an 11 pro max, its not worth it to upgrade to 12 pro max.

the 11PM is a definite get If you aren’t able to get the 12PM in your predicament. Camera on the 11PM is pretty good also.

I have a 11 Pro Max and honestly this is the first year I've not been over the top about upgrading. My son has a 12 Pro, my wife has a 12 Pro Max, and coming from my 11 PM, I'm just not feeling it. The camera may be slightly better on the 12 Pro Max, but still, I'm not really feeling the "upgrade" this year. The 11 Pro Max is a great phone and there are deals to be had on it, so yup, I'd go for it.

11 pro max is still a awesome phone, family member has one with 89% battery health and his still getting amazing battery life, the A13 Bionic is a beast and is the second best chip on the market behind the A14 Bionic.

So I picked it up from a local place that sells used phones. It has an alert for the screen. Obviously it was replaced which I asked ahead of time they told me no. Not sure they knew the prompt would alert me. Now I have to fight with them about a credit because paying the going rate for this phone with a replaced screen doesn't seem right. Am I out of line for thinking that? How much should I expect it to devalue the phone?

Make sure it’s a genuine apple screen, if not demand a refund or replacement.

I would yes. There are still tons of brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max's out there that can be had for a great price. That way you get a warranty from Apple as well.

Welp this is going back and I mean with the 3 12 pro series phones I tried then this maybe it isn’t meant to be for me this year and a new phone

I told them to give me this one for 600 and Id be happy. Its a 256g that retails about $850-900. Thought that was fair? What I don't get is they think people are going to pay full retail even with that prompt coming up letting everyone know the screen was replaced!

I learned this today lol. I don't even need the 256g and not for nothing the design of the 12 pro max is so much nicer than the 11 pro max. So irritated lol
