Can't hear instrument after edit on Garageband

Pretty new to Garageband.
What I did was start a drum track using the software instruments and the musical typing option. When I replayed it, it was fine. Then I went and changed the tempo because it was too fast, but I also wanted to redo the track so I deleted it.
When I tried to play the drums on the keyboard again, there was no sound. I even tried creating a new track, but still no sound.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
