Can't hear me on the other end of the call...Is it the phone?

I've been having issues with people eharing me on the other end of calls with my Iphone4 today. I can recieve calls, and make them, buty the other person can not hear me.

Mute is not on.
I've reset the network settings 4 times.
I've hard booted twice.

When I hard boot (top button and home button together) I seem to have the ability for people to hear me for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, until it happens again in the middle of a call.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a defect.
Try a restore and if it still does the same have it replaced.

you mean factory settings restore, correct?

I've restored network settings twice to no avail.

Yes, as in plug it to itunes and hit restore and when done setup as new and test out a few cals.

Same issue for me.

This is the second iphone 4 i've had this issue with, the last time i had it Apple replaced the handset but the same problem is back 3 months later. very frustrating.

Just about to call apple again and see if I can arrange another swapout.
