Can't hear my voice to other party

I got iPhone 4 and it was working well with ios 5.0.1 and I updated it to ios 5.1.1. After that when I make a call I can hear the voice of the person at the other end but they can't hear my voice. Voice memos are working without problem. SMS and internet(with 3G) also working without any problem. Yesterday I updated to ios 6 but still no help.
With ios 6, I can hear my own voice which was not happen with ios 5.1.1

Please help me to fix this problem.
