Can't hear phone calls, but the speaker works for voicemail?

So my wife's iPhone 3G 8gig's phone app stopped working. She can't hear anyone, but we can hear her. The speakerphone doesn't work either.

I did a restore, still no dice. Anyone have any ideas?

If you restored it as a new phone and it still has the problem, you'll probably have to take it in to get it checked out.
