Can't Identify By Serial Number

Hello, I have a used macbook that is not working and I want to sell it for parts but I'm not sure exactly what the specs are. The serial number is

w89440xpq6gca

I typed it in several different serial lookup sites but none of them can find anything. Can anybody help me with this?

was it a demo unit? what kind of MacBook do you have?

It's a 13.3 Macbook pro. I believe it is a 2009. I bought it from a friend for parts but never ended up using it so I just wanna get rid of it. Just trying to find out the exact specs.
