Hey. I'm doing a school project and I need to import my videos from iPhoto to iMovie. I've heard there is some fast way you can just drag and drop or something but I don't know how to do that, so instead I copy the video from iPhoto and paste it in finder, at "movies". However, this changes the quality. In iPhoto, the video is in 1920x1080 but when I copy it becomes very bad. Is it maybe because of Grapher who turns every movie into .mov?

Your videos in iPhoto should show up in iMovie under iPhoto Videos. Which version of iMovie are you using?

There should be no change in the quality of the video. When I do it that way, I just drag and drop the movie from the main iPhoto window straight onto the Desktop, and then import into iMovie using iMovie's Import function.
