Hi,
So, my client found a bug I'm trying to reproduce. Simply installing a release build via Xcode didn't cause the bug, so - per Apple's recommendation - I'm trying to load the IPA file I built for the client onto someone else's iPad. However, after I load the app onto the iPad, it will say "Installing" before it says the app name, but the icon will be gray. When I tap the icon, it stays "Installing" but the installation never seems to finish.
I created a distribution provisioning profile for this iPad, but when I try to load it using Xcode, it still says "No provisioning profile on device". To make matters worse, there's no "Profile & Device Management."
Edit: The device in question is registered in the profile.
