Wife is having trouble with her 6S. Basically she can't install apps from the app store through her phone. She can search them perfectly fine but when she clicks to get them, the timer thing just spins & spins, nothing ever downloads.
She said earlier that she accidentally hit for a tone yesterday and thought damn she's paid for something she didn't want - turned out it didn't download & she didn't get billed.
When she goes in to settings, she's logged in right at the top there yet when she scrolls down to iTunes & App Stores her Apple ID is blank. When she enters her info (yes, correctly) it just spins and spins in the top left .... forever. It doesn't actually do anything. Tried numerous times.
Basically at the moment she can only install apps via iTunes on the PC.
Any ideas to solve this?
