Can’t install apps

Hi All,

I’m struggling to install new Apps on my watch.
When I go in the watch app on iPhone, scroll down to available apps there is an install button next to them. Click install and nothing.
Tried restarting phone and watch and still nothing.

Google search shows several people with this issue going back to 2017 but no solution.
Thoughts? Thanks all
