Cant install Cydia and rock? my wifi is giving me troubles...

So im having some troubles with my wifi, it always said it cant connect because the server stopped responding. so when i try to download cydia and rock it never goes.

any solutions and can i manually add cydia/rock from my pc?

Well ive got my wifi to work. sort of. its extremely slow and sometimes it says that server stopped responding error.

but when im downloading cydia/rock it goes to one little blue bar on the download progress thing then after a while i get:

error downloading cydia
could not download
error: error
domain=nsurlErrorDomain
code=-1001 userinfo=0x1a47e0
"Timed out"


sigh... anyone know whats up and how i can spped up my wifi aswell? im getting 3 bars too ><

I don't know much about the code you posted from Cydia - I'm pretty new to jailbreaking.

Are you having the same problems with wifi turned off? Can you get data from the cellular network?

If both are problematic, try to reset your network settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. I've read this will fix many network problems.

i too have the same problem ...
i jailbroken my ipod but its not downloadinh cydia.
none of the package ( cydia / rock ) is downloading ..
is gives the same error as mentioned above. my wifi is okay ... i am able to browse net thru safari ..

did you try to update blackra1n through the icon given to you in your iPod Touch?
