Cant install Cydia Tweaks after 5.1.1 JB ?

Hello all,

i have jailbreak my iphone4 on 5.1.1, i could get cydia. but i am not able to install any tweaks like infifolder/5 icon dock / kill the background and all....

it says can not comply.... am i missing something ? or those are not yet ready for 5.1.1 ?

Cydia is still very busy. I'm sure thats why.
