If I download fonts from the internet from sites like dafont.com, 1001freefonts.com, or urbanfonts.com it doesn't install them.

I was able to do it originally when I first bought this mac book 2 yrs. ago, but recently when I download them and try to install, they never show up in font book.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Zak

I see you're new here. Generally when you're asking for help it's nice to know what operating system you're running and in some cases what Mac you're running it on when it comes to hardware or software issues.

So, when you say "it doesn't install them," what exactly do you mean? You downloaded the font file and then double-clicked it correct? What happened next? Walk us through.

Can't install dowloaded fonts onto Font Book!?!

Sorry, Thanks. I have a Mac Book Pro 17" - OS X

Yep, I've downloaded the font file and then I click on the <install font> button. After doing that, Font Book loads and opens up... but the font that I just tried to install doesn't show up?
