Can't install installous

Hi guys, I've been looking everywhere for help on this issue but nothing seems to work.

I have cydia (jailbroken itouch 2.2.1) installed but when i try to install installous from this, it does not work. I get the "Cannot comply" message each time. I found out that I am missing something called Erica Utilities (which I am having trouble finding). Anyone with similar issues figure this out yet?

haha yea that is what i did first...but after trying all the posted solutions everywhere, i wanted to know if anyone else knew how to fix this issue

It's very simple. Buy the apps. It feels good to be legal. Plus, you wont be at risk for being sued. Developers are getting very cleaver. This is a warning to help you.

Pirating is a sore subject here because many developers slave away for hours to get people to buy their $.99 app. Please look somewhere else.
