Can't install iOS 7.1 Beta 3

I registered my UDID. Tried to install iOS 7.1 beta 3. Does not work, keeps saying "This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program.If you are a member of the Program, please register your device in the iPhone Developer Program Portal"

I am registered. How long does it take to actually "register" the device?

I've tried everything, restoring to the ISPW, updating to it, nothing works.

Only takes a second or two. You must be doing something wrong.

I copied it right from iTunes. It's right.
