Hi all,

I'm a developer and have a developer account ...

I had an iPhone 5 which downloaded the iOS 7 releases fine. However, I had to take the iPhone in for repair to an Apple Store on Saturday and they gave me a new iPhone as a replacement..

I can't get this new iPhone to download iOS 7. I've put the UDID into the developer portal.

I download the iOS 7 from the developer portal and when I then try to install (by doing ALT and Restore iPhone and then pointing to the ipsw file) in iTunes I get an error saying:

The iPhone "Mark's iPhone' could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4027).

No matter what I do I cannot install iOS7 onto this phone (but worked perfectly on my previous iPhone)..

Any ideas ? As I'm running out of options (works great on my iPad Mini !)..

Thanks,
Mark

It could be an iTunes problem

Any luck with this? I'm suffering from the same issue.

What version of iTunes? I had to install version 11.1 beta to install 7 beta 4 on an iPad 3, but did not have to use the iTunes beta on another Mac to an iPad 2.
