Can't Install Office 2008

I just bought Office 2008 Home & Student Edition.
I can't open the installer...this is excatly what it says:
There is no default application specified to open the document "Office Installer".

What do I do? :S

PS. I need a solution today, I need to do a document for tomorrow.

Don't delete random things you don't know anything about.

OSX is not windows. OSX can have 1000 apps installed and won't slow down, because there is no registry nor registry problems with OSX.
