I created a partition on my MBP (that was previously all allotted for Windows on the SSD) and did all the Yosemite downloading jazz from a friend's computer to a USB drive. When I try to boot from the usb drive, however, it gets stuck at 17 minutes remaining and the activity log ends on an error (picture attached)
