Can't Install PkgBackup 4.3.5

Is the repo down? I just re-jailbroke my Iphone 4 on 4.3.3 today via the latest Pwnage Tool, and can't get PkgBackup to install.
Cydia shows it as officially purchased, but there is a problem trying to run the install.
I get an error message: POSIX: Operation timed out. I've tried rebooting a few times, but no luck.


Anyone else seeing this issue?
