Can't install themes (Cydia tries to overwrite)

Ever since today, I haven't been able to download any themes. I tried both Theme-It and Cydia but both are unsuccessful

Here's the error message
Trying to overwrite `/library/Wallpaper', which is also in package base

Sub-process/usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I'm thinking of restoring to iOS 4.2.1 (is that possible since 4.3.2 is already out) and rejailbreak

hello buddy , i has exactly the same problem in my ipod touch 4gen running ios 4.2.1 , i fixed this issue by following this tutorial :
