Can't install Watch apps using Apple Watch app on iPhone

Why won't Apple Watch apps install from this screen on my Apple Watch app on my iPhone?

The progress circle just keeps on going round and round.

Apple Watch Ultra 3, active cellular plan, Bluetooth is enabled.

I had this issue a while ago and don't know why!

Stop the download in the watch app, go to the app store on your watch, in your case, find the ADP app and install from there. It's a bit of a f##k about but it worked for me.

Had to do that for the few apps I wanted on my watch. If you have a lot of apps it might become a bit annoying.

Someone else may come along and know how to fix it so you don't need to do what I suggested.

I've had this issue if wifi on the watch was disaled.

Only that particular app or any app?
Have you rebooted both watch and phone?
