Can't Install Xcode Components

Ok I Know This Has Been Talked About For Ages But when I Launch Up Xcode It says It Needs Additional Components To Run So I Press Install Then I Get Hit With A Admin Info Screen. I input My Info, Then It Starts Installing But Never Finishes I Left It On For 7 Hours. and It Still Didn't Move any Help Would Be Appreciated
