Can't jailbreak downgraded touch

I was at JB 1.1.2 then upgraded to 1.1.3. NOthing was working right so I downgraded back to 1.1.1 for re jailbreaking but no I can't get any response from jailbreaking. I the browser quits(as it is supposed to) but then nothing happens and I've waited 15 minutes.

Any help apprec.
