Tell your friends/family not to text you and do not add any email accounts to your phone. Also, delete any social networking apps, twitter, facebook, etc.

Personally for me, staying connected makes my life easier. But that is in regards to email only. I text but not 24/7 like kids do today. My little brother can't go 10 minutes without having to reply/text someone.....pisses me off! Such a waste of time.

yeah, i like being connected. Don't know what i'd do without an iPhone now, having had one since my 3G in November 2008.

Easy. I don't use social media like facebook, etc. and don't have work email set up using the Mail app. I put filters on people who regularly spam. That way, I only get the truly relevant email and that actually doesn't happen too often.

cast it into the fires of mount doom. #onlyway
