Can't load data from Apple Software Update Server

I tried booting into safe mode, resetting smc, resetting nvram, running first aid in disk utility, and nothing is working. This started with getting an error code 13 when trying to update and I found some terminal commands online and then now its doing this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
