Can't load Halifax online banking (UK)

I'm on a Mac running Safari and Chrome.

I've been with Halifax since last December and can almost never log on to their online banking. Chrome says the site can't be reached because the "DNS address could not be found" and Safari just hangs indefinitely.

What's the issue? Am I the only one having this problem?

Is the date and time correct on your Mac? Have you tried restarting with the option reopen windows when logging back in disabled/unticked? Have you tried turning your router off and on? Does the problem occur with a different ISP?
