Can't log in the iMessages and FaceTime on Mavericks.

Whenever I try to log in to iMessages I get a "Contact apple support" and can't register at this time.
For a long period of time I didn't have a problem with this, and suddenly it appears again.
Srry for bad english

Edit: Just to add can't contact Apple support because there is no contact information in my country.
