Can't log into FaceTime or iMessage

I upgraded my M1 iMac to macOS Sonoma on Monday, and have since noticed that I can't log into FaceTime or iMessage. My Apple ID is fine, my photos and music library are there, it's just FaceTime and iMessage that don't work. I log in, it seems to work, but after 20-30 seconds it kicks me back to the login screen.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any solutions? FaceTime and iMessage work fine on my iPhone and iPad, just not on my iMac.
