Can't log into website with Safari 5.0.2

Can someone help me understand why I am having an issue logging into a website. I just got Safari 5.0.2 on my Mac and PC. I'm able to view the website with the Mac, but not on the PC. Get the error that states Safari can’t open the page because Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server. I was able to log into the website on the PC with the previous version of Safari.
