Hey,

I can't log in to my new mac mini any more! OSX Lion. It does have rEFIt installed, don't know if that is an issue.

I get to the login screen, select my user, enter my password, and then the screen turns white for a second, then just returns to the login screen...!

How to fix? Very Frustrating....

I just installed more ram, but i took that stick out and still can't login so i do not believe it is the ram...

thanks,
r.

See if you can log in in Single User Mode (login NAME). If you can, then try copying your Home Folder and make a new account and point it to the home folder. If you cannot log in, try making a new account in Single User Mode. If all else fails, wipe and reinstall the operating system, and point the new administrator account to your home folder.

If you don't know what this means, bring your computer to the Genius Bar.
