No matter what device or operating system i use i just can’t get past the screen in the attached screenshot, can some help as i think i have tried everything i can think of.
My Apple ID is working and in daily use on my iPad. I can login at Appleid.apple.com without issues but not to iCloud.I have the setting ticked that says allow this on the web.

Well I have been on the phone since Monday as this got escalated up the chain with apple support and they are struggling to find out why this is happening. They tried everything with trying to login on various devices and still won't work.
I made another apple account and that works without problems. I need my account sorted as I have purchases made for music and apps.

I am getting another call on Monday but don't hold out much hope.
