cant lower/up my ringtone when vwallpaper is on..

so when i have my vWallpaper on i try to turn the ringtone up/down but it wont i have to turn the vwallpaper off or go to the settings..when i try to turn it up/down is like yurn up for the music ..and i dont have any music on or anything..you have the same problems too guys/girls..?
