Can't make calls?

Hey folks,

Tell me if I'm missing something orvdid my phone just die? If I make a call I get no audio. I can't hear the ring, the person saying hello etc, nor can they hear me. However if i put them on speaker phone all is fine as long as they are on speaker phone. I did a hard reset with no luck.

If you use Bluetooth make sure you have that bluetooth device turned off if it's near by. That's the most obvious reason I can think of

Went to apple store and they gave me a new phone. It was defective hardware.
