Can't make phone calls from MBP

I can't make phone calls from my MBP using my iPhone with IOS9 beta 4. My MBP also has DP4. I get a message that my phone is not configured to make phone calls. Yet, I can make calls on my iPad Air 2 with not problems. The Air 2 has IOS 9 beta 4 on it. This tells me the problem is with El Capitan. Any ideas??
