Can’t make phone calls

I can receive phone calls and use my data for web browsing but I can’t make phone calls. I’ve reset my network settings and restarted the phone several times and it’s not working. My network provider says there are no disruptions in my area.

I’m on a iPhone SE 2020… any ideas on a fix?
 
Knowing something "doesn't work" isn't particularly helpful. What DOES it do when you try to make a call? Error message, connect but no sound, immediately hang up, etc etc etc?
