Can't mount my 1TB External Drive says MFT Unreadable

So I updated to High Sierra the other day, everything worked fine, then as of Today I can't get my 1TB Drive to mount, or be read.

I bought & installed Paragon's NTFS 15 for Mac, & it says the MFT is unreadable, not sure what that means, but it refuses to mount it.

Thanks in advance for any help.
