I'm new to the forums so forgive me if this has been asked and answered.

I have one e-mail address that can't leave my inbox. Any other e-mails can be dragged into folders without any problem. It is just one person. It can't be the IP because others in that office email me without problem.

When I try to drag it into a folder a blank copy appears in the folder. By blank, I mean that the subject and info shows up but in the preview pain or when you double click the email, there is no content.

Also, after dragging the e-mail out of the inbox, the email grays out for a short period of time before going back to normal. I can delete, reply, cut and print the email with no problem. I just can't drag it into a folder.

I even tried forwarding it to myself from a browser based email program but the problem continued with the forwarded message.

Is there anything I should tell the sender to change in their email settings or is there anything I can do? I have like 30 emails from this sender and growing and I want to file them out of the inbox.
