Can't Move Icons on Home Screen

Just did the jailbreak for iphone 3g NO UNLOCK JUST JAILBREAK, 2.2.1 firmware. used Quickpwn to jailbreak. Now i cant move any icons or delete any of the ones from the Apple App Store. they will just shake but not allow me to move them. I tried getting rid of the theme or changing themes to see if that was causing the problem but it wasn't still having the same problems.
programs i have installed from cydia:
Cycorder
Winterboard
ToneFX's
LockDown
FontSwap
Swirly MMS

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this??

Lockdown is the villain.

Lockdown is the villain. Disable Lock icon moving in Lockdown.
