Can't move icons on iPhone4 iOS 4.0.1

I don't know what happen but since I removed my theme Evolotion OS2 I can not move any icon. If I hold the icon I wish to move than other icons start shaking but not the one that I wish to move and also not any other icon even if they are shaking. PLEASE HELP MEEEEE
