Can't move icons with 1.1.3 Jailbreak

I have a iPhone which has 3rd party apps with the latest firmware(1.1.3). I can move icons. I just got my brother a 8GB ipod touch without Maps, Mail, Stocks, Notes. I have it jailbreaked but i can't move the icons. What should i do?

you gotta either do the 'fix' or buy the january update

add this in installer:

http://ipodtouchmaster.com/files/repo.xml

then go back to install and scroll down to 1.1.3 iphone apps and well its straight forward from there
