After starting up my apple TV it comes up with the language you wish to use menu and this is as far as I can get.
I have tried to unpair and pair the remote i have but still nothing. I am able to reset the machine (menu + -button) and do some other things but only if holding down the menu button and pressing another buttons.
I thought it was strange that I can use the left and right buttons but only holding down the menu button as well and couldn't understand why the buttons wouldn't work by themselves. Anyway I thought it might have been the remote so I bought another remote and it is the same so the problem isn't with the remote.
I have had a quick look on a few sites but can't really find anything about my problem except pairing and unpairing the remote which isn't really the problem.
Has anyone else heard of this problem before and know what I should do?
