I can't move a photo w/o it shooting to the opposite end of the page. There's no controlling it. Why did Apple ruin this feature too?

That does sound frustrating. Assuming you're talking about doing this on an iPad, I wonder if you might get more responses and help in the iOS forum. Or is related somehow to an iPad accessory? Maybe more details would help.

Thanks for responding. Yes, it's my iPad. I'm afraid for some reason had to lower their standards to keep up.

What I was trying to sort out earlier was is this issue related to an iPad accessory (like the Magic Keyboard or a Magic Trackpad since you posted in the Accessories forum)? Or do you feel it's an issue with an iOS/iPadOS app (like Photos)? If you provide a lot more detail about which iPad, which app, and the steps to reproduce this issue, those reading this can get a clearer idea of the problem and maybe offer some assistance.

I didn't realize I was in accessories. I hit iPad and here's where I landed. Of course the issue is with Photos. Using normal iPad w/latest awful upgrade.

1 - grab a photo
2 - drag it gently to the very bottom (or top) of the page.
3 - the moment 'it' senses it's at the bottom (or top) it zooms rapidly back to its original place.
4 - frustration ensues

Being able to move photos depends on where you're trying to do that in the Photos app. I'm not a Photos expert, but I know you can move Photos in albums you've created, but not in Photos > All Photos or in Albums > Recents. Are you trying to move them in either of these locations? If you're trying to move photos in your own albums, what happens as a test if you try to move one not quite to the bottom?

This happens in the only places where we are able to move our pictures. Now is that understood?

There is NO answer. Apple sucks.
