Is anyone able to move the stock apps installed with El Capitan into folders? It will only let me copy them and not move them. When I use a Finder alternative called "Path Finder" to attempt moving the apps, I keep getting the message: "Error! An Error occured. Operation not permitted" when I try to move the system installed apps into organized folders. This never happened before. It does this even after I input my system admin password to confirm the move. Ideas? It sounds like an issue with permissions, but nothing works at this point.

It's new system integrity protection - you can circumvent it either with csrutil (or something) or by booting from another installation + performing the moves, but who knows how well upgrades work with the apps moved and now expected to be in same place.
